Afrikan God and others, I am thoroughly excited! I ran into a frat brother of mine and discovered that he writes. He would even like to get some of his work published. We then talked about doing a cartooning project together and placing it on my blog. So you guys should be on the look out for that in the future! He even told me about the business networking website called Linked-In, and how it offers users resources for jobs and other career connections. He thought it would be helpful for me.
If I decide to join the Linked-In community what type of person or company should I search for to help me get closer to being an official cartoonist?

I heard there are companies like CNN on Linked in. Is that true? If so you might be able to make a connection with Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, or Disney for a training program.
